Yoga Workshop Saturday, Oct. 10—1 to 3 p.m.
Nicolle will guide us through a Prajna style practice, blending Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga. Nicole brings a balance of alignment and movement to her classes. She creates a positive and fun environment for deepening asana practice. Her classes are accessible, yet challenging for all levels of practice, from beginner to lifelong practitioner. We will begin with breath work and end with a guided somatic meditation (yoga nidra) and San- skrit chanting.
