Joanie Garro is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who will present research based general advice on how to target, define, shape, and change challenging behaviors using a holistic approach in the field of applied behavior analysis. Joanie will also offer information on how to investigate and determine the "why" behind challenging behaviors and will discuss the definition and effective use of reinforcement and punishment in behavior modification. This workshop is perfect for parents, spouses, and employers looking for holistic ways to manage behaviors at home, work, school, and in the community. Individuals with ADD/ADHD, Autism, OCD, depression, and other life interfering behaviors benefit tremendously from the information provided. Workshop is FREE and donations will be accepted on behalf of Mater Filius, a Catholic apostolate created to help pregnant women who find themselves in need.
