Join us for an evening of gentle, heart opening yoga as Kim transforms our classroom into a safe, sacred space for emotional release. This restorative practice will be guided by candlelight, allowing us to embrace the opportunity to let go of grief, sadness, and heartache. Our evening will include a gentle asana practice, breath work, and encouragement to let it all go. Please bring your yoga mat and wear yoga appropriate clothing. Class is $10/student, proceeds being donated to local charity.
