As a yoga teacher my hope is to invite people to find their internal wisdom, and expand their mind and body, creating space. Growing up on a farm in the rolling hills of Iowa taught me to appreciate the quiet of nature meditating in fields before I knew about mediation. The winding river lead me to the inquiry of what is possible through movement before I knew about asana practice.
I have been practicing yoga since 2002 and wanted to share my new found ease so took my first 200 hour teacher training with Theresa Murphy. I continued my 500 hour training with Tias Little at Prajna Yoga. I now run my our 200 teacher training since 2012 at Karma Yoga Omaha. Yoga for me is a life long study of all styles of yoga and my husband, four sons and grand daughters all practice yoga of one style or another.
