Yoga promotes better Sleep
According to doctors research, taking a hot shower or bath 90 minutes before bed decreases muscles tension, raises the core body temperature and signals the brain to produce melatonin.
A hot yoga class in the evening will do the same thing. Stretching before bed will help rid the body of unwanted tension.
Waking and going to bed at the same time every day will also set the consistent pattern for the body to realize it is time to sleep. 15 minutes of sunshine will also help release the good hormones to aid in better sleep.
