It is being so immersed in something that you become it. 

When you are on a walk,

you are not just stepping but your feet feel the incline below you,

you smell the faint scent of fresh mowed grass,

you feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

you hear the birds chirping around you, 

You have forgotten the bills and your worries and you are fully present in your skin!
