UPCOMING WORKSHOPS
Sound Bath Ceremony with Robin Hawkins
Saturday 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm $30.
A sound bath is an ancient meditative practice with deep roots that are thousands of years old. It is a practice of healing bodies through sound, where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. The general intention of a sound bath is to change and help balance your energy, and to increase your sense of wellbeing and to expand your awareness. The “bathing” in sound frequency and vibration helps unlock blocked energy and is very meditative. Sound baths are for everyone at any stage of their lives, and are very beneficial for pregnancy, prehab and rehab, old and young, or people experiencing disease, illness or trauma. The best part is that you don’t have to do anything but show up in comfortable clothing and receive the sounds while lying in Savasana.
Wrist and Hand Rehab Workshop
July 25 2 pm to 5 pm $40
Your wrists are not a problem to override — they are a rhythm to understand.
In this 3-hour immersive workshop, Erin Tomaso Smith and Kaitlin Faye Heavin bring functional yoga mechanics, functional anatomy, and nervous system principles together to give you a road map back to pain-free, intelligent movement in your hands, wrists, and the shoulder mechanics that drive them.
Whether you're a yoga practitioner, athlete, or fitness lover hitting a wall with wrist pain and discomfort — or simply someone who wants stronger, more resilient hands in practice and in everyday life — this is the education your body has been asking for. This is a movement-driven workshop. You will leave with real tools, real understanding, and a practice you can return to every day.
Open to all levels.
